Laser Dazzler

A dazzler is a directed-energy non-lethal weapon which uses intense directed radiation to temporarily disable its target with flash blindness. It temporarily blind or disorient its target with intense directed light radiation.Targets can include electronic sensors or human vision.

They can be used in the different environments as a non-lethal means to gain the attention of vessel operators and compel them to comply with instructions of law enforcement officers.

Initially developed for military use, non-military products are becoming available for use in law enforcement and security
