The AK1502 Series lasers are uncooled semiconductor

Distributed-Feedback(DFB) laser working at 1550nm wavelengths. The device is delivered in a TO56 package with a monitor photodiode. This high performance and high reliability laser is suitable for applications up to 2.5 Gb/s in fiber optic links or localnetworks.
